The 9-10 and 11-13 age groups are now full, but there are still spots available for the 7-8 age group.

The Argyle BIA, in collaboration with the City of London, East London Soccer Club, and local businesses, is excited to host the fun filled I 💚 Argyle Community Day on Saturday, August 24th at the East Lions Community Centre.

As part of the excitement and activities, we invite local youth to join us for a free soccer event at the Outdoor Soccer Fields.

Here’s what you can look forward to:

This coed event is open to both boys and girls Age Group 7-8: Match at 1:00 PM and Age Group 9-10: Match at 2:15 PM

  • Friendly Soccer Match: Your child will participate in a 45-minute friendly and fun soccer match. The match will take place on the outdoor soccer fields at East Lions Community Centre.
  • Team Shirt: Each player will be assigned to a team of 16 players and will receive a complimentary team shirt that they can keep as a memento of the event.
  • Refreshments and Goodies: Refreshments and participation prizes will be provided to all participants.
  • Volunteer Coach & Referee: Volunteer coaches and a referee from East London Soccer Club will be on hand to guide and support the players, ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience.
  • Community Spirit The community will come out to cheer on our local athletes, spreading excitement and team spirit. Spectators can enjoy complimentary popcorn while supporting the players and soaking up the lively atmosphere. Plus, they can explore and enjoy the many other activities, attractions, and games available at this vibrant community event.
