Our special guest will be available to provide assistance with any challenges you’re facing with your devices. Please bring your own device (BYOD) to the session.

Below is a rough outline of the visit, based on our discussion:

Visit Outline:

• Library Information: Get acquainted with available technology and digital support. Duration: approximately 10 minutes.
• Zoom 101: Learn the basics of Zoom and common troubleshooting tips. Practical instructions will be provided for logging on and navigating a session. Duration: approximately 20 minutes.
• Questions and Troubleshooting: Bring your queries! Four questions will be prepared and shared with our guest beforehand for preparation. Additionally, audience questions will be welcomed. Duration: approximately 30 minutes.
